Covid 19 client protection protocol

Living Waters have industry leading Covid 19 protocols to protect our clients and our team members from Covid 19.

These included

1. All team members must wear surgical or N95 masks during the provision of home care services.
2. All team members deemed close contact or COVID-19 positive will not provide provision of home care services and must isolate following the mandatory NSW health guidelines.
3. All team members must have temperature checked and digitally recorded before commencement of home care provision.
4. Team members will be provided with PPE to use on commencement of each home care provision including – mask, disposal groves, full face shields and hand sanitizer to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
5. Team members will be trained on the correct use of PPE.
6. All team members must undertake mandatory COVID-19 swabs on a weekly basis before providing provision of home care services to our clients.
