Covid 19 client protection protocol
Living Waters have industry leading Covid 19 protocols to protect our clients and our team members from Covid 19.
These included
- All team members must wear surgical or N95 masks during the provision of home care services.
- All team members deemed close contact or COVID-19 positive will not provide provision of home care services and must isolate following the mandatory NSW health guidelines.
- All team members must have temperature checked and digitally recorded before commencement of home care provision.
- Team members will be provided with PPE to use on commencement of each home care provision including – mask, disposal groves, full face shields and hand sanitizer to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
- Team members will be trained on the correct use of PPE.
- All team members must undertake mandatory COVID-19 swabs on a weekly basis before providing provision of home care services to our clients.
